After years of auditing compressed air systems, we have learned of many often overlooked inefficiencies that were not considered in the original design. We can optimize your existing system or design a new system with energy efficiency in mind right from the start. Our engineering design team uses the AutoCAD 2008 to update existing drawings, design piping revisions, or design an entirely new system. We will produce layout plan views, P&ID drawings, and 3D drawings of the complete system. All piping designs minimize pressure drop and allow for future expansion.

We have a thorough knowledge of all technical codes and standards related to pressure piping systems and breathing air. Did you know that Ontario laws require that all pressure piping systems require registration of the design with T.S.S.A.? All pressure piping must meet the requirements set forth by ANSI/ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.5 equivalent to CSA-Z305.
