Level One Air Audit

A Level One system audit will give an overview of the set-up of the system and any observable deficiencies. Our experience in auditing compressed air systems over the last seven years has given us the experience to identify key areas of concern relating to compressor set-up, air treatment equipment and quality, and organization of the distribution loop. This Level One study involves a Airmax representative being onsite for approximately four to eight hours studying critical components of the system. A report will be generated and submitted outlining all observable improvements. The Level One audit is recommended for small facilities with 25 to 50 horsepower that is experiencing pressure or air quality issues or are considering additional compressor horsepower.
