Oil Concentration

Oil flooded compressors produce oil droplets in vapour form that are carried downstream in the compressed air. This must be removed with proper filtration to avoid contaminating process equipment and subsequently the final product. This is of critical importance in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. During the audit we can take air samples to be analyzed for oil concentration levels. In combination with analyzing the filtration equipment in place, we can determine the cause of air quality issues that may be exceeding the desired parts per million concentration level.
